Where is the business based?

NATURE'S ITEMS orders are shipped from Sheldon, Wisconsin (USA).

 

Do you have a storefront?

NATURESITEMS.COM is an internet based business. At the current time we do not have a storefront for retail shopping or order pickup.

 

Is your website secure?

Our whole website is secure, every single page. If you refer to the upper left of the address bar you will see a secured padlock. Our website is hosted by Bigcommerce which is one of the leading Ecommerce hosts and we also have a Geotrust SSL certificate. No credit card or debit card information is stored on our site. All credit card and debit card transactions are processed through Square.com or Paypal.com.

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit/debit cards. During the checkout you have the option to pay through Square which is our normal checkout option or you can choose to use Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with Paypal.

 

What is the $7 Flat Rate shipping option?

This shipping option is available for the 48 Contiguous United States. If you have a lot of bottles you can save a great deal of money buy using our $7 flat rate option. This is a special shipping offered for fragrance oils and dye. We are able to offer this shipping because we can fit many bottles into a box. This does not mean that your item(s) will necessarily ship in a flat rate USPS box or by Priority mail. Flat rate shipping is available to US customers only.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, but please keep the following in mind:

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, unless I have made an error.

I do my best to describe things as accurately as possible, but everyone's nose is different, so there are occasions when one of my scents doesn't smell to someone, what it smells like to me or those who have smelled our scents in testing. 

Fragrance Oils are nonrefundable. We sell convenient 1oz bottles for testing purposes and we highly recommend trying a sample before purchasing a large quantity. If you receive a bottle that is damaged during shipment please contact us and we will correct the issue.

Orders that have already shipped can not be cancelled. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned / canceled orders which includes orders cancelled by the purchaser prior to shipment.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We ship to the US, it's territories, including APO/FPO, Canada & New Zealand.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

What services do you use to ship your products?

Orders are shipped via USPS Mail Service. We ship business days Monday - Friday and most orders ship out within 1-3 Days.

What sort of packing materials do you use for shipments?

To help protect orders in transit, we frequently use the following cushioning materials: Crinkle paper, Plastic bubble wrap, Styrofoam packing "peanuts," biodegradable corn starch-based packing "peanuts." If you have a problem with any of these materials, please contact me before you place your order (or leave a note in the "Notes to Seller" box at the time you place your order). If you opt out of our normal packaging (Shrink Bands, Tape on Bottles, Ect.) and experience leaking product from bottles and or damages then you also forfeit any replacements and or credits.

How long will it take my order to ship/what is your processing time?

We ship business days Monday - Friday. We will always try our hardest to ship within 1-3 business days (sometimes longer for special orders, orders containing preorder items, or special circumstances).

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, a 5.5% sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Wisconsin. If you wish to claim tax exemption for the State of Wisconsin please email us at sales@naturesitems.com so we can have you fill out a state tax exemption form. After we receive the completed form we will set your account up with the completed tax exemption.

 

What if something is wrong with my order, missing, or damanged?

Hopefully you will never have a missing item. We take special precautions to make sure that all items are packaged, we check off every item on the packing slip as it is placed into the box, then we take a picture of the packaged items and packing slip so we can verify that all items are accounted for before being shipped. If you have a problem with an order, please contact me directly at sales@naturesitems.com and I'll do everything in my power to correct any issues asap. If you experience any leaking and or damaged products, pictures of the products and box will need to be email or messaged to us. Without pictures no refund, credit, or replacements will be issued. ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES: Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. If an address change needs to be done or corrected after an order has shipped we will charge a $25 fee. Intercepting and redirecting of packages is not guaranteed. If an order has shipped with an incorrect address and the order gets lost we will not be held responsible for lost packages.

 

Preorder Items

Preorder fragrances are on order and all orders containing items from this category will be shipped on or after expected in stock date. Please reference item description for in stock ship date. All other in stock items excluding the Preorder fragrance will be shipped on the normal shipping schedule with the lowest priced shipping speed.

 

Special Order Items

Going forward we will no longer be doing special orders unless it is for an an item we currently carry and you need a bulk order.

 

Shipping Prices and Fees

Shipping and Handling fees - In an attempt to be transparent we would like to cover how this works. Our shipping prices include handling fees. This is pretty standard when it comes to purchasing anything that is shipped. What we charge for shipping may not always be the same that USPS charges us. These fees help cover packaging supplies, including bags, shrink bands, packaging materials, labels, receipts, ink, processing fees, and our time. Since we offer an $7 flat rate shipping on oils and dye a lot of the time we are actually paying more for shipping and supplies than we charge our customers. If you have any shipping related questions please feel free to contact us. $5 flat rate shipping is a special shipping we offer, this does not mean that your item(s) will necessarily ship in a flat rate USPS box or by USPS Priority Mail. 

ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES: Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. If an address change needs to be done or corrected after an order has shipped we will charge a $25 fee. Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted?

US Order Changes: Any order changes or Add-on items will need to be approved by us first since sometimes we package and ship order within a matter of minutes of receiving them. Since there is added labor and processing fees involved, any items that need to be added on to an order or any order changes that need to be done we will charging a $2.50 fee for this.

International Order Changes: International order add-ons or changes will be charged the $2.50 fee plus any added shipping costs.

 

Can I use photos from your website on my own website or product?

No. We purchase a license to use the photos on our website from Depositphotos.com and our license only allows our business to use the photos we have a license for. You would need to obtain your own license from Depositphotos.com for each photo.

 

Can I use more than one coupon?

Sorry, We do not allow coupons to be combined.
