Pre-Sale Order Terms:
Fragrances in the Pre-Sale Category
Are on order and all orders containing items
from this category will be shipped on or after the expected in stock date.
If you have other items that are currently in stock on your order
they will be held and will ship together with the Pre-Sale items.
If you need other items sooner please place a separate order.
Separate orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
Order add-ons or changes are subject to a $2.50 fee.
Your business is greatly appreciated but we can not accept returns due to safety reasons!
Incorrect orders may be delayed since it takes time to email or call and get the ordered corrected.
Your satisfaction is our policy but we can not accept returns (no exceptions) so please order a sample to try a product. Please notify us of any problems or shortages within 7 days of receipt of your order. Any shortage reported after 7 days will not be shipped or refunded.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES: Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. If an address change needs to be done or corrected after an order has shipped we will charge a $25 fee. Intercepting and redirecting of packages is not guaranteed. If an order has shipped with an incorrect address and the order gets lost we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
We sell high quality products but we can not guarantee that our products will work with in your final product. We offer convenient 1oz sample sizes for testing purposes.
Orders are shipped in 1-3 days depending on time received & how busy we are. You can use 1st priority shipping ($10.50) to skip to the head of the order line to guarantee your order will be shipped next business day (Excluding Postal Holidays)
If you opt out of our normal packaging (Shrink Bands, Tape on Bottles, Ect.) and experience leaking product from bottles and or damages then you also forfeit any replacements and or credits.
Hopefully you will never have a missing item. We take special precautions to make sure that all items are packaged, we check off every item on the packing slip as it is placed into the box, then we take a picture of the packaged items and packing slip so we can verify that all items are accounted for before being shipped. If you have a problem with an order, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll do everything in my power to correct any issues asap. If you experience any leaking and or damaged products, pictures of the products and box will need to be email or messaged to us. Without pictures no refund, credit, or replacements will be issued.
